Last week i started my diet with Calorie Control, its a pretty new company..I told them i will try them for a week and if i like them bakamel ma3ahum 
So today was day six …and i lost 1.7 kilos 
which is very good because when i was with Health company i didnt loose that much. Also the food is pretty good..ya3ni the sandwiches wayyyyeeed 6aybeen..oo everything else is not bad at all..you can also try it for a week…
